Mehad operates in real estate development, general contracting and property management, and is headquartered in Al Khobar in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

Where are Mehad's current projects located?

Our current projects are in the Eastern Province: residential developments in Al Khobar including Mehad Al Saif Villas, Mehad Al Marina Villas and the Mehad Al Rawabi compound, plus industrial warehouses in the Second Industrial City in Dammam.

How can I check a project's status and construction progress?

Each project page shows its current status (available, under construction, coming soon or sold out) along with its completion percentage. Check the project page for the latest approved figures.

How do I register interest in a project or arrange a visit?

You can register your interest through the form on the project page, or reach us from the contact page. Our sales team will follow up to schedule a visit and answer your questions.

Does Mehad provide services after handover?

Yes. Our after-sales service receives maintenance requests and feedback and follows them through to closure, and we also offer property management for owners.
